EN: If you’re following me on Instagram you’ve already heard the news – I am getting induced tomorrow morning! I’ll be 40 weeks and 5 days tomorrow and though a lot of pregnancies go past their due date, we decided not to wait too long. Baby is already about 3.5 kg, looking all healthy and my cervix is ready for delivery. My body though is incredibly tired and sore so I am very happy to know that tomorrow is the long-awaited day.
Of course I prepared a hospital bag, weeks ago actually (I think around 37 weeks?!) and I thought I’d share it with you mommas-to-be. After reading countless blog posts and watching quite a few Youtube videos about what you need to pack for the hospital, I think I created an ideal list for me – and hopefully for you too.

SSW und 5 Tage und obwohl viele Schwangerschaften über den Entbindungstermin hinaus gehen, haben wir entschieden nicht allzu lange zu warten. Baby ist bereits 3,5 kg, sieht gesund aus und mein Muttermund ist für die Geburt auch bereit. Mein Körper hingegen ist mega erschöpft und alles tut weh und ich bin so froh, dass morgen nun endlich der langersehnte Tag ist!
Natürlich habe ich bereits vor einigen Wochen eine Kliniktasche vorberietet (ich glaube so in der 37.SSW?!) und ich dachte ich teile mit euch werdenden Mamas was ich alles so eingepackt habe. Nach etlichen Blogbeiträgen und zig Youtube Videos darüber, was man für’s Krankenhaus so braucht, habe ich endlich eine Liste zusammen gestellt, von der ich ausgehe, dass sie am optimalsten für mich – und hoffentlich auch für dich – ist.
